Volumising can be achieved with just 50-75 strands. To add more length, you need 100-125 strands if your own hair is normal in density, and around 150-200 strands if your hair is voluminous.

Price example for tape-in extensions:

40 tape extensions (20 double) 45 cm = € 219.96
Installation of 40 tape extensions (20 double) = € 156,-
Total price including installing = € 375.96

With tape extensions, 2-3 packs (10 to 15 sandwiches) are sufficient for just adding volume. A complete hair extension requires 4-5 packs (20-25 sandwiches) for normal hair density, and around 6-8 packs (30-40 sandwiches) for voluminous hair.

Regardless of whether you would like to achieve just more volume, or add length to your hair, one pack of clip-in extensions is usually sufficient. Only in rare cases do you need more.
