What is the difference between hairpieces made of human hair and synthetic hair?
Real hair is processed particularly extensively, which is why it is a little more expensive than cheap synthetic hair. But it is also much more natural and beautiful and allows for a much more natural look than would be possible with synthetic hair. Synthetic hair is a cheaper option and is particularly suitable for small, cheeky accents in fun colors. You can also tint and dye real hair, but you usually don't get a satisfactory result with synthetic hair.
Can I dye my human hair hairpieces any way I want?
This question comes up frequently, especially when customers wear extensions for long-term use such as keratin bonds and want a new look. Real human hair can be dyed and tinted easily, but bleaching should only be done by a professional. You should know, however, that if the extensions are chemically altered, our extension guarantee will be void. If you have any questions about dyeing and tinting, you can contact our customer service at any time.
Can I exchange the hairpieces I ordered?
If you order the extensions online and the colour does not match your hair perfectly, you can return the unused extensions and exchange them. Our top service: If you add a strand of your own hair, we can send you extensions in the right colour!
